:Vaccinations (pups will be treated with Homeoprophylaxis Parvo and Distemper remedies under the supervision of Dr. Linda Miller, a local Homeopath, before they are sent home). Then one more time, one year later. (Homeoprophylaxis will be provided with instructions) If you feel that you want to vaccinate please do research on all the side affects and reactions, and take the time to understand. PLEASE do not over vaccinate. In most cases, pups will be protected for life after the puppy sets of Homeoprophylaxis. Also find a vet that will agree to not administer a full dose, a chihuahua pup should never get the same dose as a 200lbs Great Dane. In my own opinion, Rabies Vaccinations are a big no no for chi's, as many have severe reactions and there has been no reported Rabies in Alberta for 17 years. If you find you still would like to go ahead with vaccinations i can provide the first set through my vet at an extra cost. Please discuss this with me.

I, the breeder:
Do not guarantee the adult weight or color of the puppy.
:Will replace the above puppy within the first 2 yrs of his/her life, if he/she is found to have a life threatening genetic health condition. Licensed veterinarian documentation is required to be eligible for replacement with the next available puppy. Hypoglycaemia is not covered under this guarantee.
:Will take the above puppy back at any time in his/her life, if the new owners are unable to keep him/her, for any reason. No money will be refunded and every effort will be made to find the above dog a suitable home.
:Will refund the buyer $100 when proof from the vet is provided that the above puppy has been spayed/neutered by the age of 8months. Unless written reason by vet that the pup needs to wait till a later age
:Will provide ongoing breeder support to the buyer for the life of the puppy, in the way of information & advice.
Agree that this contract is binding at the time/date of signing.
I, the buyer:
:Agree to provide proper love, care and exercise to the above puppy for his/her entire life. A healthy diet and socialization will be provided to ensure a balanced life for the above puppy.
: Agree to have the pup licensed with the city where we live before the puppy is picked up or additional cost will be added on to price and licensing will be done for you. To ensure a safe return if puppy happens to get away.
:Agree to educate myself on Hypoglycaemia & know what to do in an emergency situation. I understand that this condition is not covered under the replacement clause of this agreement.
:Agree to keep care of the above puppy’s teeth for his/her entire life, and to have them regularly examined by my vet.
:To notify the breeder the same day if any life threatening genetic condition is discovered in the above puppy. If the above puppy is euthanized for this reason, an autopsy is required and a report will be provide to the breeder, before any replacement pup will be provided. This is at the cost of the buyer.
:Agree that I am responsible for all costs incurred by the above puppy for its entire life, from the time of adoption.
:Agree to notify the breeder if I can not keep or decide not to keep the above puppy, for any reason. I agree never to turn the above puppy over to a shelter or puppy mill. I understand that no money will be returned if I return the puppy to the breeder, and all efforts will be made to find a healthy home for him/her.
