Just wanted to let you know we got home okay and everything is great!  She is quite the sweetheart.  We all love her very much, even Keeley is adjusting ok I guess.   I tried to email you some pictures of her yesterday but it said your email was full.  So I'll try to attach just one....
only question is do you have any advice for her to be gentle with her feet, I know she's young.....and it will take time .......
She's great though......
Thank you very much!

Hi Valerie,

Just wanted to let you know that everything is still going great!  We're all so happy with Sydney.  What a great dog!  She is prretty much house trained,  we'll say 90%, just as long as you take her out.  She sleeps a lot, loves to find some sunshine and a cozy spot close to me and nap.  She grumbles alot while she's napping.  She sleeps next to the bed at night and gets up about every 3 hours to use the paper we put down in the bathroom.  Its better than her having an accident.   She still is eating 3 times per day, we've almost used us all the raw.  We have given her the Origin for the past 3 days straight.  About 3 cups total per day, she seems to really like it and is not so hungry.  I have noticed that ever since we got her she gets the hick-ups afew times per day.....do you remember if Pepper got them alot?   I also found a vet that has done some stomach tacking surgeries before, but we're a ways off before we need to do that.   We took her to the lake this weekend.......and the funny thing is that her and Keeley actually shared Keeley's bed at night to sleep.  I was amazed!  The snuggled up for warmth.......never would have guessed that Keeley would have allowed that.  She still grumbles at Sydney when she follows her around and paws at her wanting to play.  No big fights though and Keeley has not yet had to put her in her place.  They've adjusted very well.  I've attached some pictures hope you enjoy seeing them.

Thanks again!

Hi Valerie,

Hope you're well. Sydney is growing a lot. Still a very good dog. She's discovered the great outdoors, loves the lake and I'm sure will love the water too if it ever warms up enough. She still isn't quite at 60 lbs. but I'd guess she's very close. I can barely lift her to move her anymore. She loves exploring at the lake, and has dipped her feet in the water even though its really cold still. At home she was staying in the yard up until this past weekend, then decided that the back mucky ditch was very interesting and we must keep a closer eye on her. She would never take off on us but is very curious about all the wonderful spring smells. She loves to go for walks both on her leash which she walks very good on, and loves to zig zag back and forth off the leash on the back trail probably even more. She loves other dogs and has shown no signs of aggression towards any of them. Loves women still and is very cautious of strange men and some women if she doesn't know them. She has a wonderful big bark to let us know when something isn't supposed to be outside. Love it! She loves the girls and gives them hugs daily. I do have a question though, I've found she still won't eat more than about 2-2.5 cups of food per meal. She was eating 3 times a day. But now it seams that she isn't really as hungry? She still will eat the morning and the supper well but isn't really interested in the after lunch....do you think I should only be feeding her 2 times a day? She eats the raw still about2-3 days per week. What do you think?

Hope all is well with the other puppies as well. Thanks,
Jody

Thanks for answering our questions.
Spencer (and family) are getting more and more comfortable.  We let him run around and play in the living more and more now that we are confident we know his potty queues!
He plays tag with the Cat now and then - he can never seem to quite catch her especially when he takes off up the stairs! But she always comes back for more.

p.s. I forgot to thank YOU for his head start in the potty-training!
p.p.s. How long should I leave the bones laying around or should I throw them out the next day?

Hi guy I promised to send pics so here some are.  Hope you are having a good summer.  I love Roo very much and she is growing into a beautiful young lady.  We are working on not stealing moms cloths and not to help herself from the table but other than that she is perfect.

Thanks so much Jamie Lutz
